铝单板抗氧化处理

Aluminum veneer is a widely used material in the fields of building curtain walls, interior decoration, etc. Its antioxidant performance is one of the important factors affecting its service life and aesthetics. In practical applications, aluminum veneer is easily affected by oxidation corrosion, so it needs to undergo antioxidant treatment. This article will provide a detailed introduction to the antioxidant treatment of aluminum veneer from the perspectives of methods, principles, and effects.

1、 Antioxidant treatment methods

At present, the commonly used methods for antioxidant treatment of aluminum veneer mainly include anodizing and electrophoretic coating.

1. Anodizing method

Anodizing is a common surface treatment method for aluminum veneer. Its principle is to form an oxide film on the surface of the aluminum veneer to protect it from external factors such as air and moisture. The specific process flow is as follows:

(1) Cleaning: Clean the surface of the aluminum veneer to remove oil stains and impurities.

(2) Degreasing: Use chemical solvents or physical methods to remove grease from the surface of aluminum veneer.

(3) Decay: Soak aluminum veneer in a solution containing sulfuric acid and nitric acid to cause a chemical reaction on its surface, forming a dense oxide film.

(4) Dyeing: Dyeing treatment is performed on the oxide film to enhance the aesthetic appearance of the aluminum veneer surface.

(5) Drying: Drying the aluminum veneer that has undergone dyeing treatment to dry its surface.

1. Electrophoretic coating method

Electrophoretic coating method is a new type of surface treatment method for aluminum veneer. Its principle is to deposit charged coating particles on the surface of aluminum veneer under the action of an electric field, forming a uniform and dense coating. The specific process flow is as follows:

(1) Cleaning: Clean the surface of the aluminum veneer to remove oil stains and impurities.

(2) Primer: Apply a layer of primer on the surface of aluminum veneer to enhance the adhesion between the coating and the surface of the aluminum veneer.

(3) Charged spraying: Charged coating particles are deposited on the surface of aluminum veneer through the action of an electric field, forming a uniform and dense coating.

(4) Baking: Bake the sprayed aluminum veneer to cure its coating.

2、 Principle of antioxidant treatment

After undergoing antioxidant treatment, a dense oxide film will form on the surface of aluminum veneer, which can effectively isolate the corrosion of air and moisture on the aluminum veneer, thereby extending its service life and aesthetics. The oxide film can also increase the hardness and wear resistance of the surface of aluminum veneer, improve its scratch resistance and corrosion resistance.

3、 Antioxidant treatment effect

Aluminum veneer treated with anti-oxidation has the following advantages:

1. Improve corrosion resistance: The oxide film can effectively isolate the erosion of air and moisture on aluminum veneer, thereby extending its service life and aesthetics.

2. Improve hardness and wear resistance: Oxide film can increase the hardness and wear resistance of aluminum veneer surface, improve its scratch resistance and corrosion resistance.
