1、 Strength testing method for aluminum veneer
The strength testing of aluminum veneer is mainly divided into two types: tensile testing and bending testing. The tensile test is mainly used to test the tensile strength of aluminum veneer, while the bending test is mainly used to test the flexural strength of aluminum veneer.
1. Tensile test
Tensile test refers to measuring the deformation of aluminum veneer in the vertical direction under a certain load, in order to calculate its tensile strength. The specific operation steps are as follows:
(1) Build a standard tensile testing machine in the laboratory;
(2) Place the aluminum veneer on the fixture of the testing machine;
